For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items. Our products are handmade in small batches and are intended for personal use only; once they leave our care, we cannot resell them.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Allergies & Sensitivities
Please review ingredient lists carefully before purchasing. We cannot issue refunds for allergic reactions or sensitivities, as individual skin responses vary.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
